The name says it all, constructing an ‘intelligent’ building, so that it ‘thinks’ for itself. A building or house that adapts to the user. Smart building is about making buildings and houses smarter, more economical, more flexible, more comfortable and life-course proof.   Many important players in the construction and real estate industry are very interested in this subject.
